Game Fishing
Game Fishing charters are seasonal and have maximum of 6 people per boat.
Included in your bookings is:
- Morning/ afternoon tea
- Rods & reels,
- Bait,
- Tackle,
- Body harness and belt,
- Lures of assorted size, colours and brands.
During the summer months expect to catch the following fish species:
- Marlin - Blue, Black & Striped
- Sharks - Mako, Hammerheads
- Striped Tuna (Skipjack Tuna)
- Mahi Mahi ( Dolphin Fish)
- Wahoo
- Sailfish
During the winter months expect to catch the following fish species:
- Yellowfin Tuna
- Albacore
- Blue Marlin
- Sharks - Mako
- Striped Tuna
- Mackeral Tuna
Game Fishing Grounds:
- Browns Mountain (south) which rises 600ft from the ocean floor to within 1200ft of the surface.
- Norah Head Canyons (north) is a series of rugged deep trenches in the ocean floor.
- Vessels and crew are qualified to 30 N miles.
- The Continental Shelf is 23 N miles offshore.

- NSWGFA Interclub at Port Stephens in February & March annually.
