“Sea Sickness” - Sea Sickness during the charter is not a reason for a refund or another charter – you must accept the risk. We cannot reurn to port because you are sick. It must be remembered that there are other full paying clients onboard. We will return to port only if a mutual agreement is made with the other clients onboard or you agree to refund their payment in full. We recommend you visit your medical practitioner or chemist for advice on available medications.

Central Coast Charters Refund Policy – Please be advised that Central Coast Charters Pty. Ltd does not offer refunds due to cancellations. Should a party cancel a booking within 14 days prior to a charter or not show up on the day of the booked charter or the numbers you originally booked are less, the full purchase price will be charged to the Credit card number supplied at time of booking. 

However should Central Coast Charters pty. Ltd need to cancel a charter due to dangerous weather conditions or sea conditions prior to the day of the booked charter, a rebooking date will be offered to all customers subject to date and availability. 

REFUNDS are at the discretion of Central Coast Charters Pty. Ltd and we reserve the right to determine a refund. 

We are not liable for any monies lost or expense incurred for  accommodation etc that has been booked for the scheduled charter.
